Q: How much money should we request in our grant application?
A: The bottom line is that organizations should ask for what they need. This is capped at $50,000 a year but requests can be for initiatives spanning three years. For a three-year initiative the maximum amount an organization is able to request is $150,000.

A: No. The Arts Fund's mission is to support small and mid-sized organizations only.

Q: Does the Arts Fund require a letter of intent or prior notice of intent to apply for a grant?
A: No. But applicants are encouraged to contact Arts Fund staff to ask any questions before the deadline. In order to assist applicants in properly and effectively completing the application, the Arts Fund schedules applicant workshops prior to the deadline. Please check the events page for details on upcoming workshops.
